Join ‘menopause in school’ expert, Helen Clare who will offer practical tips and advice for education staff in Wales dealing with perimenopause/menopause in a school setting.
During this supportive and confidential masterclass Helen will explore:
- Perimenopause – signs, symptoms and keeping track
- Talking to your GP about HRT and other options
- The importance of sleep, diet, exercise and stress reduction
- Hacks for dealing with your meno-brain at work
- Your rights, reasonable adjustments and handling tricky conversations
- Finding allies, support groups and making your classroom experience more comfortable

This fully-funded masterclass is for education staff in Wales dealing with the perimenopause/menopause.
