1. Overview
Education Support offers teachers, lecturers, and education staff a free solicitor-written Will through the National Free Wills Network, administered by Capacity Marketing for Charities. This service is free for simple Wills.

You are under no obligation to include a legacy gift to Education Support.

If your Will requires additional legal work, you may pay your solicitor for extra services.

Age restrictions may apply.

2. Data Privacy & Form Submission
By completing the registration form:

Your personal information will be treated with the strictest confidence and in accordance with all applicable UK data protection and privacy laws, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Capacity Marketing for Charities (owners of the National Free Wills Network) will notify Education Support of your details.

Education Support may contact you about other ways to support the charity. If you leave a gift, they may contact you to say thank you and update you on the impact of your gift.

You may withdraw consent or change your communication preferences at any time by contacting Education Support.

3. Data Processing 
Education Support, as a data receiver, will:

Inform data subjects of the purposes for which their personal data is processed.

Process Shared Personal Data from the Confidential Declaration Form (CDF) only for administering the free Will programme.

Process personal data in line with legitimate interests or other legal bases.

Not process any special category data.

Respond to subject access requests, requests for rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection in line with Data Protection Legislation.

Retain personal data only as long as necessary, or as required by statutory retention periods.

4. Legal Notice

The service is for simple Wills only; additional work beyond a simple Will is at the client’s expense.

Education Support and its partners do not provide legal advice beyond the free Will service.
