Staff fundraising ideas
Find some fun, engaging fundraising ideas for you and your colleagues.
There are lots of ways you can bring people together to support the wellbeing of educators.
Sponsored activities – set up a JustGiving page and sponsor staff to do anything you can think of! Silence, all-day assembly, suit-up, no electricity, head shave, ice bucket, bake sale, promise auction, staff bingo, staff sports match, bucket shake, sky dive, gaming marathon – you name it!
The school run – staff get sponsored to run and walk 5k/10k, finishing at their school. Exercise and group activities are great for wellbeing.
Tea and chat – host a coffee morning and prompts to take some time to talk about wellbeing on world health day or world teacher day.
Salary spare change – donate the “spare change” from your salary each month, by setting up a regular donation or payroll giving
Posters for loos – print our poster for the back of the staff loo doors (and any other spots!)
Mental health first aiders – your school mental health first aiders volunteer can set up in the staffroom or library to run a drop in day where colleagues learn more about supporting their wellbeing.

Fundraising for Education Support can be a meaningful part of your staff wellbeing and engagement activities.
