When was the last time you experienced change or uncertainty at work? How did it make you feel? Here are some evidence-based strategies to protect you from the harmful affects of change or uncertainty.

Let’s take some time now to pause, reflect and connect with yourself. Can you answer the questions below?
These questions may help you feel grounded, understand how you’re truly feeling, or take appropriate actions to help and support yourself. You don’t have to do them all; Pick one or some and answer as truthfully as possible.
- When did you last feel relaxed?
- What are your sources of joy and pleasure? What makes you feel like ‘you’?
- How are you sleeping? Are you waking up in the morning ready to take on the day, or is getting up a challenge?
- What truly motivates you and makes you feel like you’re doing a good job?
