About Jamie Gilbert
Jamie Gilbert AKA "Mr G" is a teacher-turned-viral-sensation spreading positivity and insight on ADHD and SEMH.
Jamie’s goal is to enlighten viewers on the positive aspects to neurodiversity, showcasing his students getting involved in fun activities like football and dancing, as well as sharing hacks to maintain focus.
Jamie’s influence spans online and offline, his book, ADHD Rapped Up! is a Sunday Times Bestseller, and he works alongside the DfE to inform the national curriculum for SEMH schools.
Jamie regularly shares his journey and insights through his popular Instagram, and TikTok account, and YouTube channel.
About Emily Kenneally
Emily Kenneally is a UK-based communications specialist working across teacher mental health, social prescribing, and workplace wellbeing in education. She has over 10 years’ experience in the charity sector.
She is a trauma-informed mindfulness practitioner, trained in non-clinical Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBIs) at NHS Sussex Mindfulness Centre. She teaches mindfulness in a way that reflects the realities of living with ADHD, informed by her own experience.
Since 2019, she has delivered wellbeing workshops to 1,400 adults and children across education and healthcare, including at the University of Surrey and NHS Sussex.
She joined Education Support as Content and Media Manager in 2022, co-producing 100+ teacher wellbeing resources with educators and partners, including The Mental Health Foundation and NAHT, contributing to BBC News reporting of the Teacher Wellbeing Index.
