Working with a Staff Wellbeing Advisor was a positive and practical experience. The discussion in our online meeting allowed us to explore various aspects of school life, and the support was tailored to fit the specific needs of our school.
My Advisor was fantastic. They were very supportive and listened carefully to my concerns. They understood our setting and were able to design a bespoke INSET session that met the needs of our staff. The session was engaging, relevant, and received great feedback from colleagues. Their approachability and understanding of school realities really stood out.
Ideas shared were simple, cost-effective, and easy to implement. The team was efficient at responding, and all advisors I had contact with were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, approachable, and quick to provide exactly what was agreed.
The resources we received — including a detailed consultation report and follow-up materials, were high-quality and practical.
Having someone to talk to who genuinely understood the challenges of school leadership, and who could relate to SLT pressures, was incredibly reassuring. It gave us the confidence to move forward and confirmed that we’re already doing a lot to support staff wellbeing, with more tools now at our disposal to do even better.
