Wellbeing Advisory Service for Wales

With a focus on staff wellbeing the Wellbeing Advisory Service is free for schools across Wales. Support can be tailored to the needs of the school using best practice approaches that promote a whole school approach to wellbeing.

Our Wellbeing Advisor can work with you and your school by providing support and advice on policies and practices that impact staff wellbeing. This could include sharing evidenced based resources, advice on polices and strategy, and wellbeing workshops on topics that support teaching staff and school leaders.

This work is confidential and anonymised unless permission is explicitly given to share information, for example through good practice case studies.
