What will be covered

We’ve partnered with the award-winning The Sleep Charity to deliver a one-hour webinar packed full of practical tips to help teachers and education staff improve their sleep.

The session is led by sleep specialist Kerry Davies, a qualified member of the British Sleep Society with years of experience helping people sleep better.

Why this matters

Our latest Teacher Wellbeing Index shows that insomnia or difficulty sleeping is the most reported symptom of poor mental health, with 57% of senior leaders, 51% of teachers, and 48% of support staff reporting it as their main symptom.

This webinar explores why sleep matters, how work stress can affect it, and what evidence-based tips can be used to help break the cycle.

Practical strategies you can use straight away

You will leave with clear, realistic steps you can try immediately, including how to:

  • Build everyday habits that improve sleep quality
  • Make simple changes to protect your wind-down time
  • Manage the impacts of stress on your sleep
  • Respond effectively if you wake up during the night

Take back control of your sleep. If you work in education, sign up to our free webinar below for tailored, practical advice.
