Men's Health Week resources

Men’s Health Week is an annual event held each June and organised by The Men’s Health Forum. The week aims to raise awareness of men’s health and encourage men to seek support for any health concerns they may be experiencing, including those affecting their mental health and wellbeing.

While our charity advocates for men in teaching and highlights the challenges they face throughout the year, Men’s Health Week provides an opportunity to bring together voices from across the education sector. Below, men working in a variety of roles share their personal experiences, reflections, and insights.

Read on to hear their stories.

And remember: if you’re struggling, we’re here to listen. Call us anytime, day or night. When you call you’ll talk to a qualified counsellor. We’ll offer you immediate, confidential emotional support.

Don’t wait for a crisis to call: 08000 562 561

Education Support provides its helpline and resources free-of-charge due to generous donations from supporters. Donate today to support the mental health of all teachers and education staff.
