School Leader Support Service

Professional supervision

Our professional supervision gives you a safe and confidential space to talk about, and process what is going on for you at work. It will provide you with a space for reflection, learning and development organised around your professional identity. You will work with a qualified professional supervisor. You will receive six fully funded online one-to-one sessions, which are completely confidential.

Please note: All our professional supervision sessions will be held during working hours.

Headteachers/Deputy and Assistant heads/MAT CEOs/MAT Deputy CEOs in England:

You must be able to attend six sessions of the individual telephone support
