We are looking for someone with a passion for data, along with excellent communication/donor care skills, to join our small but busy fundraising team.

The role of Fundraising Officer has a large focus on the administration of donations data using the Salesforce CRM, with the opportunity to use and develop creative skills by assisting the Fundraising Lead with the individual giving programme.

Contract duration: Permanent
Hours of work: Part-time (between 22.5 to 30 hours per week depending on candidate)
Salary: £28,000 pro rata
Location: London (Hybrid working)

The role

We need someone who loves talking to supporters, but who also gets great satisfaction from a wonderful spreadsheet full of perfect data. There’s a fair bit of routine work to be done (all of which is absolutely vital to our success). However, there will also be days when you are dealing with the unexpected to support our vital supporters.

About us

Think back to your school days, to that one teacher who inspired you and helped you become the person you are today. Imagine if that teacher had been so stressed with work pressures, that they left the profession for good. This is a growing reality for those in education today.

Our mission is to improve the mental health and wellbeing of teachers and education staff. We believe that better mental health leads to better education.

We support individuals and help schools, colleges and universities to improve the mental health and wellbeing of their staff. We also carry out research and advocate for changes in government policy for the benefit of the education workforce.

Our free and confidential helpline is open 24/7 on 08000 562 561 and is staffed by qualified counsellors. It is available for everyone working in education, including support staff, lecturers, administrators and teaching assistants.

"Education Support was a real lifeline. They understand the pressures that teachers are under, and their lives."
John, a secondary school teacher

We have ambitious plans for the future, as we grow to meet the needs of an ever-changing education sector. We are focussed on our vision of everyone working in education feeling respected, supported and resilient.

Our fundraising team relies on our Salesforce database to manage all communications with our 30,000 donors and our first-class supporter engagement in order to retain them.
