Meeting with a Staff Wellbeing Advisor led to a ripple effect of positive impacts for our school.

Supervision was a game-changer. It has put me onto a more positive, healthier and productive track.

The Wellbeing Advisory Service helped to raise the conversation about mental health in our school - none of it feels like we’re just ticking boxes.

Committing to these sessions has been extremely helpful in managing stress and maintaining my mental health.

I was feeling overwhelmed when I initially met with my supervisor. They helped me to see the wood for the trees.

Professional supervision enabled me to find joy both in my education role and in life beyond work.
